27 Weeks...so long 2nd trimester!

How Far Along: 27 Weeks... LAST week of the second trimester! Ready to meet our little Maxie Moo

Size of baby:  Baby Oz is now the size of a head of cauliflower!

Maternity Clothes:  Still mixing it up....I have been wearing some medium shirts that i have bought along with my pants...which seems to work! The baby is higher up in my stomach now so my jeans fit again, which is a little strange...but im not complaining!

Gender: Oh boy... are we excited for our little guy! We can hardly wait to meet him :)

Movement:  We had a little scare this week, as this weekend Max went from his usual flipping, kicking, punching  self to....nothing. I felt nothing for nearly the entire weekend, so we called the doctor and had to go to the hospital for monitoring. It turns out everything was fine. He was just all tucked up resting. They said that he was likely doing this because of all of the stress that i was under and it was just his way of reacting. Hopefully, the weeks ahead will be better and he will get back to his old self!

Sleep:  I have had a horrible sleep pattern this past week! We have has company in and out of the house, and have been waking up at strange hours of the night.

What I miss: I am missing sleep and routine this week...it has been a tough week but we will make it!

Cravings:  No cravings out of the ordinary...still loving some Asian Zing wings!

Symptoms:  Growing belly and growing baby...he is busting out! The baby bump is out in full force! :)

Best Moment this week:  I am sad to say that Brad's grandma passed away this week. It has been a hard week for everyone, especially Brad and his family. We have had a full house with family coming in from out of town and making arrangements for his grandmas service. It was wonderful however that everyone could be together during this tough time, the closeness of their family was so evident. My grandpa spent the week in the hospital as well, having a blood transfusion and surgery on his stomach. It has been a trying time but we made it through it with each other, family, and friends. Max has an angel in heaven now that will be especially watching over him!
